What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, organisation, role
- Product telemetry: feature usage, error events (no document content)
- Customer content: only what you upload to your tenant; processed under your instructions
- Billing data: handled by our payment processors (Stripe and stablecoin settlement rails)
Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion and portability under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA
- Export of tenant content at any time
- Choice of EU, UK or US data residency
- Right to escalate to a supervisory authority
