Key points
- You retain ownership of your content. We process it only to provide the service.
- We do not train shared foundation models on your content.
- Service levels: 99.9% uptime for cloud; on-prem SLAs negotiated with Lawbooks PC.
- Acceptable use: no unlawful activity, no attempting to extract another tenant's data.
- Termination: at any time with export of your data.
